This page is gonna be for all of our observations and goings-on and stuff. To start off, we'd like to share a nice letter that showed up in the mailbox just the other day from an old friend:

"Dear Fabulous Flats of Alkali origin,
Do you know you have changed my ears? Of course, I love all of you and it’s so fun to watch you all play but I have resisted bluegrass/country music itself for many years. But then something happened. The more I listened to you play, the more the music sank into my skin and got me movin’. The steel guitar goes right through me and the harmonies! Well, truth be told, I’ve always been a sucker for harmonies. You transformed my stubborn palate and made me crave more. As a result, I have embarked on a Pandora crash course of the honky-tonk compendium. So much great stuff, as of course you all know. I am painfully fond of the Delmore Brothers now. In fact, most the “brother” bands seem to hold some charm for me. Anyway… just wanted you to know the profound effect you’ve had on me and I feel lucky to have you all in my life (and music library!)
